About production

BCT main activity is production of mechanical components using CNC machinery: 

  • CNC milling (up to 3000 x 1600 x 760 mm);
  • CNC turning (up to 450 mm in diameter and 1000 mm in length).

We specialiaze in small batches from single items up to 500 pieces per batch.

For production of complete set our company performs these additional operations:

  •  Processing with manually operated machinery;
  •  Welding;
  •  Flame cutting;
  •  Powder coating and wet painting;
  •  Assembly.

Our company's strength is specified by the following parts: clearly defined processes and modern equipment, furthermore, high qualification of employees allows to ensure a high level of quality, delivery reliability and optimum operating costs.

We use the Swedish production management system "MONITOR" for planning, execution and control of company's activities. The entire process is controlled by this system from the receipt of client's inquiry to the dispatch of the part. During the inquiry we have the opportunity to inform the client about the exact deadline by monitoring equipment load in the system taking into account the date of delivery of materials. The client may at any time be provided with information about the order execution process.

44 CNC machining centers are operated in the production process using DMG MORI, YCM and OPTIMUM machinery, "Guhring", "Iscar", "Seco", "Walter", "Sandvik" tools, "Mitutoyo", "Precitool" and other quality control equipment. Our processes are based on a variety of 3D modeling and plotting software such as "Solidworks", "MasterCAM", which allows us effectively and accurately use different programmatic manufacturing techniques. Production capacity and technological equipment is constantly updated and supplemented.

Most of the production is made of carbon steel, aluminum and titanium. Furthermore, we use stainless steel, copper alloys and various plastics in production. Our main suppliers are well known European companies: "Alumeco" "Schmolz + Bichenbach", "Stappert" and "Sanistal".
